- 2 Cups Fresh Spinach
- 2 Cups Frozen or Fresh Pineapple Chunks
- 2 Cups Frozen Peaches
- 1 Cup Apple Cored remove apple core and seeds
- 2 Cups Filtered Water use more if your smoothie is too thick
Blend your spinach and water until consistency is a green juice.
Stop blender and add remaining ingredients.
Blend until creamy.
