  • 2 Cups Fresh Spinach
  • 2 Cups Frozen or Fresh Pineapple Chunks
  • 2 Cups Frozen Peaches
  • 1 Cup Apple Cored remove apple core and seeds
  • 2 Cups Filtered Water use more if your smoothie is too thick


  • Blend your spinach and water until consistency is a green juice.
  • Stop blender and add remaining ingredients.
  • Blend until creamy.
